Another major event is the Goa Food & Cultural Festival, scheduled from February 28 to March 2, 2025, in Margao. This festival brings together Goan cuisine and cultural performances, offering a mix of traditional and contemporary dishes. Visitors can indulge in authentic Goan flavors while enjoying folk dances, live music, and interactive cooking sessions.

The Saraswat Food and Cultural Festival, taking place from February 7-9, 2025, at Fatorda, focuses on Saraswat cuisine, a lesser-known yet integral part of Goa’s culinary landscape. Organized by the Goa Saraswat Samaj, this festival features competitions, cultural performances, and a showcase of Saraswat delicacies, including seafood and coconut-based dishes.

These festivals not only celebrate food but also promote sustainable tourism and support local artisans, farmers, and chefs. They provide a platform for culinary enthusiasts to explore Goan flavors, learn about traditional cooking methods, and engage with the local community.
