Deendayal Swayam Rojgar Yojana

Description

This Scheme is open for all residents of Goa with minimum 15 years of domicile and up to 42 years of age having minimum educational qualification of Std VIII in any medium of instruction. In case of person with disability, widows and deserving cases, age relaxation by 5 years and educational qualification upto Std III , will be considered.The scheme shall also be open for the Women Groups/Self Help Groups of women to sell their products and kiosks shall be reserved for such groups. The scheme shall be a maximum of 30% of the total number of kiosks shall be reserved for such groups including Scheduled Caste/ Person with disability/Scheduled Tribe and also OBC.

The Goa (Subsidy to Clay Idol Makers) Scheme 2008 is functional, and Deendayal Swayam Rojgar Yojana Goa Youth Rojgar Yojana Scheme is non-functional. We may authorize by Goa Government to modify Goa Youth Rojgar Yojana Scheme in such a way that we can make this scheme operational only if beneficiary can put kiosks in their own properties. Funds are required to make the scheme operational.
