GHRSSIDC Ltd. provides marketing support to Entrepreneurs through Preferential Purchase Scheme in Rate Contract to Small Scale and Medium Scale Units of Goa. Under this scheme GHRSSIDC Ltd. supply Steel & Wooden furniture’s, RCC Products, Fabricated Items, Paints etc. to Government Department, Autonomous Bodies, Semi-Government, Institution etc. where purchases are made from SSI & MSME Units.

1. Low quality of material is being supplied by some of units.
2. Low productivity and lack of innovation.
3. Lack of financial support for purchase of new machinery.
4. Payments are done beyond the time limit.
5. Lack of professionalism.
6. Items are not supplied within time limit.
