The main objective of this scheme is to help sustenance of the Self Help Groups under Non-Farm Sector to improve their financial strength and to keep them occupied with certain useful economic activities for livelihood of their members and to create collective enterprisings so as to stop the rural migration to cities.
At present Scheme is non-operational. Funds are required to may this scheme operational.
